Our crew, from the fields to the farmers markets are all an important piece to the farm. Many of them have been with us since the farm started in 2004. We are a proud producer of quality vegetables and fruit,  for this to happen our foundation must be that our workers come first.

Tomatero also needs to be a secure, sustainable, and inspiring operation that ourselves and our crew get enjoyment and pride to work for. Our farm proudly provides steady, year round employment and pays a fair wage. We also provide health benefits including vision and dental for our workers, the farm pays for 95% of the workers’ premium.
